By using Stepix, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please stop using the app.
2. Purpose of the app
Stepix is intended to display and analyze physical activity data (walking, running, swimming and cycling), goals, analytics and notifications.
3. Health data
Stepix uses Apple Health data only with your permission. The app is not a medical service and does not replace professional medical advice.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to use the app lawfully and not to attempt unauthorized access, disruption, abuse or infringement of third-party rights.
5. Limitation of liability
We strive to keep Stepix reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or complete absence of errors.
6. Changes to terms
We may update these Terms. Continued use of Stepix after updates means acceptance of the revised Terms.
